Man Fatally Shot In The Neck On NYC Street, Police Say

NEW YORK CITY —A 21-year-old man was fatally shot in the neck in Manhattan Wednesday night, police said.
The incident happened in front 431 West 17 Street around 9:20 p.m., police said.
Officers found Raqiese Cohen unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the neck. EMS transported the man to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
