BROOKLYN, NY — A 31-year-old man was fatally shot outside a Brooklyn home Thursday morning, police said.
The incident happened in front of 726 Rockaway Pkwy. in East Flatbush around 7:30 a.m., police said.
Officers at the scene found a 31-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest.

The victim was transported to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
What led up to the shooting has not been determined at this time. According to News 12, neighbors saw two men arguing nearby before the shooting occurred.
