Man Fatally Shot Outside NYC Deli, NYPD Says
A 17-year-old suspect has since been arrested, police said.

NEW YORK CITY — An 18-year-old man was fatally shot in the head outside a New York City deli on Wednesday, police said.
The incident happened in front of 266 E. Gun Hill Road around 6 p.m. in the Bronx, police said.
Officers at the scene found the man unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head.

The 18-year-old, identified as Estarling Peralta, was transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A 17-year-old suspect has since been arrested and charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, police said on Thursday.
