The Music Building bills itself as "the rehearsal space for independent music creation in New York City."

"Prior to reaching stardom, artists such as Madonna, Blondie, Billy Idol, and Metallica, rehearsed and refined their first hits in our music rehearsal space," the building's website states.

"There is a reason so many superstars have made The Music Building their rehearsal studio of choice."
