Man Slashed On Manhattan Subway Train, No Arrests Made Yet: Police

The man was slashed in the arm following an argument with an unknown individual, police said.

NEW YORK CITY — A 29-year-old man was slashed while on a train in Manhattan Monday evening, as police continue to search for the suspect.

The incident happened at around 5 p.m. on a No. 4 train as it was pulling into the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall subway station, police said.

The man was slashed in the arm following an argument with an unknown individual, police said.

It is unclear if the victim and the suspect knew each other, or it was a random attack.

The suspect’s description was not readily available as of Tuesday afternoon.
