Wegmans could be coming to the Upper West Side.
The grocer signed a "long-term lease" at 1932 Broadway, between West 64th and 65th streets, according to the New York Post.
“The space at 1932 Broadway has been leased by Danny Wegman and is a personal investment," a Wegmans rep told the tabloid. "At this time, we have no immediate plans to open a store at that location.”
Corporate reps hedged whether a Wegmans would come to the spot, but there are clear signs it's a matter of when.
The company already has the keys and has been planning out their renovations for months, the Post reported.
One thing that's certain to come is the Uptown Night Market.
The open-air market — now dubbed as New York City's largest food and cultural festival — will again be located under the Arches starting in April.
And a Brooklyn restaurant got some love.
The River Cafe in DUMBO was named one of the 100 most romantic restaurants in the nation by OpenTable.

Buffalo Wild Wings is going take-out only.
Well, at least on the Upper East Side.
The popular wing chain is opening a Buffalo Wild Wings Go that will mostly serve as a hub for customers to pick up to-go orders.
Also on the Upper East Side, Avenue Bakery opened with 200 people lined up.
And a new Italian sandwich shop — La Panineria — opened in Yorkville.
"Fast-fine" dining is coming to Park Slope.
Wonder Group, a food delivery startup, opened along Fifth Avenue to give diners a one-stop shop for meals from hot city eateries.
Also on Fifth Avenue, developers said a long-promised Lidl likely will have a grand opening this year.
And Paloma the Bakery held a soft opening in Greenpoint.
