NEW YORK CITY — A subway shover who fractured a woman's leg during a seemingly random late Tuesday attack in a Manhattan station can be seen in video, police said.

Video released by NYPD officials shows a red-shirted man shuffling through a subway station.

The man is suspected of walking behind a 34-year-old mother-of-one inside the Chambers Street station and, without a word, shoving her onto the 1 line tracks about 10:55 p.m., where she broke her leg, the New York Post first reported.

The woman told the Post she couldn't stand because of her fractured leg and fellow straphangers had to help her before a train arrived.

"There were a lot of people next to me and they pulled me out," she said, according to the Post.
