NYC Weather: Flurries Come With Morning Commute
The National Weather Service predicted sun and blue skies for Monday. Well, you can't win 'em all.

NEW YORK CITY — Forecasters predicted sunny skies but New Yorkers faced an overcast and snow-flurried commute Monday morning.
A light dusting of snow covered the city just before 9 a.m. even as the National Weather Service promised a mostly sunny day with high temperatures in the mid-30s.
However forecasters predict a 20 percent chance of snow Monday night, after midnight, and again from Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

Subways appeared to be running as usual through the snow, but there were delays on the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, F, M, J and Z lines because of passenger- and mechanical-related issues.
