A heavy storm could hit just after midnight Tuesday, forecasters said. A "hazardous weather outlook" has been issued for all five boroughs and drivers are warned to expect "rapidly changing visibilities" as the heavy rain and wind move in.
"There is a low chance of strong to severe thunderstorms, mainly tonight," the NWS said. "The main threat is from gusty winds."
