NYC Weekend Subway Service Changes for Oct. 1-2

Changes are coming to the 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, A, C, E, F, N and R trains this weekend.

NEW YORK, NY — You'll have a second reason to stay indoors on a rainy weekend after looking at a number of subway changes courtesy of the MTA.

Also a note for Monday, as the 3, 4 stations at Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road and Junius Street in Brownsville will be closed starting at 5 a.m. until spring 2017 for renovations. The MTA suggests using Utica Avenue or Saratoga Avenue stations instead. Shuttle buses will be operating from the closed stations to Utica Avenue and Saratoga Avenue.

Here are this weekend's major scheduled subway changes. (You can get additional details on the MTA's Weekender website.)
