Police Release New Footage In Hopes Of Solving Bronx Cold Case Murder

NEW YORK CITY — Police have released new video surveillance that they hope will help crack a two-year-old Bronx cold case murder.
Maria Rosado, 37, was found fatally shot in the head inside a car in the vicinity of East 170 Street and College Avenue on August 27, 2022, police said.
Officers found another man in the passenger seat with a gunshot wound to the leg.

The video released by the NYPD shows three unknown individual walking down the street, presumably in the vicinity of East 170 Street and College Avenue.
One of the men is seen wearing a red t-shirt with black shorts and red sneakers.

The second individual can be seen wearing a tank top with jeans and black sneakers.
The final individual is seen wearing a black t-shirt with orange pants and black sneakers.
EMS transported Rosado to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The male victim was transported to NYC Health & Hospitals/Lincoln, in stable condition.
There have been no arrests and an investigation remains ongoing.
