13 Injured After Multi-Bus Crash At Port Authority Bus Terminal
The crash blocked an inbound bus lane from the Lincoln Tunnel, officials said.

NEW YORK CITY — The Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown was temporarily shut down after 3 buses collided, leaving 13 people injured Wednesday morning, officials said.
The incident happened around 6:15 a.m. on the 4th floor of the bus terminal, according to police and multiple media reports. Three NJ Transit buses were involved in the crash.
The bus terminal posted on X that the 3rd Floor has been reopened following the completion of police activity.

Twelve people were treated for minor injuries, while one person was taken to a hospital for treatment.

All bus traffic is being rerouted to the upper level of the bus terminal, following the crash.
NJ Transit has said buses are being diverted to Secaucus Junction, Newark Penn Station and Hoboken Terminal.
Bus tickets are being cross-honored by NJ Rail, PATH and NY Waterways, officials said.
What led up to the incident is not known at this time. An investigation remains ongoing.
