NEW YORK CITY — A public urinator slashed the throat of a man who told him to stop peeing on a car near StuyTown, police said.

The violent encounter unfolded Sunday about 5 p.m. when the man ran across the soon-to-be slasher peeing on a car along East 14th Street near First Avenue, NYPD officials said.
