She tried to pass the oil delivery truck, when her scooter hit its side and caused her to fall under the truck's tires, the Daily News reported.

The truck's driver — a 50-year-old man — didn't know he struck something until a made a turn onto Central Park West, despite the scooter being stuck under his truck and sending up sparks, according to the report.

He stopped at the scene, where medics pronounced Ledwith dead, police said.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
