Teen Charged After Man Found Decapitated In NYC Home, NYPD Says
The suspect is believed to be the victim's stepson.
NEW YORK CITY — A 19-year-old teen has been charged after a 45-year-old man was found decapitated in the bathroom of a Staten Island home on Monday, police said.
Damien Hurstel has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He is accused of fatally stabbing Anthony Casalaspro inside a home on Cary Avenue in West Brighton around 4:30 p.m.
A 16-year-old girl discovered Casalaspro's body in the bathtub and called police.

Hurstel is believed to be Casalaspro's stepson, according to multiple media reports.
