3 $50,000-Winning Powerball Tickets Sold In Hudson Valley

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — There were seven third-prize-winning Powerball tickets for the Oct. 2 drawing sold in New York, three of which were purchased in the Hudson Valley.

The New York Lottery said the Hudson Valley winning tickets, each worth $50,000, were sold at:

  • Gillards Inc., 20 Palmer Ave. in Bronxville
  • Railroad Deli, 146 W. Railroad Ave. in Garnerville
  • Yas Quickmart Inc., 191 Route 59 in Suffern

The other tickets were sold in Albany, Baldwin, Buffalo and Kings Park.

Winning numbers for the Oct. 2 Powerball drawing are 12-26-27-43-47 with a Powerball of 5, according to the New York Lottery website.

To win the third prize, players must have chosen four numbers plus the Powerball.

Winning Powerball numbers are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Powerball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.

Powerball drawings are televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
