74-Year-Old Exposed Himself, Forcibly Touched The Person Who Gave Him A Lift: NYSP

CLARKSTOWN, NY — No good deed goes unpunished. State troopers say a disturbing incident led to the arrest of a Rockland County senior.

New York State Police say that on June 21, a 74-year-old Suffern man was arrested and processed for misdemeanor public lewdness and misdemeanor forcible touching.

An initial investigation found that on June 19, around 1 p.m., the victim had been transporting Hopkins in the victim's vehicle on I-87 south, in the town of Clarkstown, to an appointment in Yonkers.

Police allege that while in the car, Donald Hopkins inappropriately touched the victim and exposed himself without the victim's consent.

Hopkins was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Clarkstown Town Court on July 7.

State police say the investigation is ongoing.
