Chamak Competes For SUNY Oneonta Men's Cross Country

The New City resident recorded two personal bests during the fall season.

Alex Chamak of New City, NY competed for the SUNY Oneonta men's cross country team during the recently completed fall season.

Alex was a member of the Men's Cross Country team this fall. The team finished fourth in the SUNYAC Championship meet. Alex recorded a personal best in the 6k at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational and a personal best in the 8k at the Connecticut College Invitational.

SUNY Oneonta supports 21 varsity teams and is a member of the SUNYAC Conference while competing at the NCAA Division III level. The Red Dragons have enjoyed a long history of success athletically celebrating National Champions and All-Americans along with Conference, Regional and National Players of the Year.
