Clarkstown School Board Agenda Has Long List Of Hires, Retires

The trustees meet Wednesday.

CLARKSTOWN, NY — The Board of Education meeting Wednesday is scheduled to start with an executive session at 6 p.m. before starting the public business meeting.

The meeting will be held in the Clarkstown High School South Auditorium. It will also be live-streamed at BOEstream.

The agenda includes personnel matters from retirements to leave requests, with long lists of resignations and appointments.

Among the retirees are three with deep roots: CSHS Assistant Principal Julie Dahl-Jacobs, who has been with the district since 2009, bus driver Salvador Leonti, with Clarkstown since 2004, and bus driver John Maio, with the district since 2006.

The trustees are also expected to approve internship agreements with Dominican and Capella universities.
