Clarkstown South girls basketball player Laura Castaldo committed to the University of Maryland-Baltimore County on a full athletic scholarship.
Castaldo emerged as one of the top players in Rockland County as a junior. She will head to a UMBC program that was 10-20 in 2012-13, 6-10 in the American East Conference.
