Ghost Gun, High-Capacity Clips In Raid At Rockland Home: DA
A search warrant was executed at the New City house after a four-month-long investigation into ghost guns in Rockland County, the DA said.

NEW CITY, NY — A ghost gun and high-capacity magazines are off the streets, thanks to a raid at a Rockland County home, authorities said.
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh, II announced on Tuesday the arrest of 24-year-old Charles Breslow, of New City, after a four-month-long investigation by the DA's Office Drug Task Force into ghost guns in Rockland County.
On Monday, a search warrant was executed on Breslow's home in New City. A search revealed that he was in possession of a loaded 9 mm ghost gun and several high-capacity clips.

Breslow was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
"Ghost Guns are un-serialized, untraceable firearms that are put together by components purchased either as a kit or as separate pieces," DA Walsh said. "These firearms are fully functioning guns that are as lethal as a fully finished, serialized firearm. My Office is committed to removing illegal firearms from our streets. These investigations are ongoing, and we will work closely with our partners in law enforcement to keep the residents of Rockland County safe."

The case was investigated by the Rockland County DA's Office Drug Task Force with assistance from the Westchester County Police Department Narcotics Unit and the Clarkstown Police Department.
Breslow was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court and was remanded to Rockland County Jail on $25,000 bail.
