Multi-Agency Undercover Child Exploitation Op Leads To 6 Arrests: NYSP

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — A massive, child exploitation undercover operation has led to half a dozen arrests, according to law enforcement.

New York State Police announced that they conducted an undercover operation with the FBI, the Rockland County Sheriff's Office and the Town of Ramapo Police Department, targeting those involved in the online exploitation of children. The dayslong operation resulted in the identification and arrests of several suspects engaged in child exploitation and trafficking, according to state police.

Police said the operation deployed highly trained investigators to infiltrate online platforms where these types of crimes often start. Through the use of advanced cyber tactics, investigators were able to identify people attempting to exploit vulnerable children online and meet them in person.

The operation resulted in six men being arrested and charged with various offenses. Police say that a historical investigation will continue into each of the men who were exposed during the investigation.

Jose B. Tombriz-Ixquiactap, 28, of Monticello, was charged with felony first-degree attempted rape and misdemeanor attempted endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash, $100,000 bond, $150,000 partially secured bond and ordered to appear in Montebello Village Court on Friday.

Yessachar D. Klahr, 51, of Monsey, was charged with felony first-degree attempted rape, misdemeanor third-degree attempted patronizing for prostitution, and misdemeanor attempted endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash, $15,000 bond, $30,000 partially secured bond and ordered to appear in Montebello Village Court on Friday.

Adrian Rosas, 33, of Stony Point, was charged with felony first-degree attempted rape and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash, $20,000 bond, $30,000 partially secured bond and ordered to appear in Montebello Village Court on Friday.

Diego Patricio D. Pachar Corte, 38, of Cortlandt Manor, was charged with felony second-degree attempted rape, felony first-degree attempted disseminating indecent material to minors, and misdemeanor attempted endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash, $100,000 bond, $150,000 partially secured bond and ordered to appear in Montebello Village Court on Friday.

Nayib J. Valdivia, 33, of Ossining, was charged with felony first-degree attempted disseminating indecent material to minors, and misdemeanor attempted endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash, $100,000 bond, $150,000 partially secured bond and ordered to appear in Montebello Village Court on Friday.

Carl W. Ellis, 55, of Maplewood, NJ was charged with felony second-degree attempted rape, felony first-degree attempted disseminating indecent material to minors, misdemeanor attempted endangering the welfare of a child, and midemeanor seventh-generation criminal possession controlled substance. He was remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash, $100,000 bond, $150,000 partially secured bond and ordered to appear in Montebello Village Court on Friday.
