New City Man Accused In Stony Point Road Rage Incident
The 52-year-old man followed the person with whom he had a beef, then punched him in the face.
STONY POINT, NY — A 52-year-old New City resident is accused of punching someone during a prolonged road rage incident Sunday.
Stony Point police said at 2:25 p.m., Kerry Embry and another person were involved in an incident on North Liberty Drive (also known as Route 9W). Embry then followed the victim to Crickettown Road, where he punched the victim in the face, police said.
Police located Embry a short time later and charged him with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in town court Dec. 5.
