Police Arrest 12 On Drug Charges

Clarkstown Police report the arrests of 12 Rockland County residents from New City, Nanuet, Central Nyack, West Nyack, Congers, Haverstraw, Chestnut Ridge and Spring Valley as a result of drug investigations by the department’s Anti-Crime Unit.  The arrests involving criminal possession and sales of heroin, Oxycodone, marijuana, Xanax and cocaine occurred between January and May 2013.

Police reported the arrest of:

• Craig Heller, 40, of New City on January 2 on one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled substance, heroin, 3rd degree, a B felony and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, heroin, 3rd degree, a B felony;
• Brian Clifford, 21, of Congers on January 10 on two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Oxycodone, 3rd degree, a B felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Oxycodone, 3rd degree, a B felony;
  John Helmke, 20 of Nanuet on January 22 on one count of Criminal Sale of Marijuana 4th degree, a misdemeanor;
• Kristopher Ferrer, 21 of New City on January 29 on one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Xanax, 5th degree, a D felony and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, a D felony;
• Nicolas Diana, 20, of West Nyack on January 30 on two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, cocaine, 3rd degree, a B felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, a B felony;
  Ishmael White, 28, of Haverstraw on January 31 on two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, cocaine, 3rd degree, a B felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, a B felony;
• Mark St. Vil, 18, of New City, on February 9 on two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, cocaine, 3rd degree, a B felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, a B felony;
  Rasheed Jerimie, 38, of Chestnut Ridge on April 16 on three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, cocaine, 3rd degree, a B felony and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, a B felony;
  Neil Tash, 27, of Spring Valley, on April 16 on three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, cocaine, 3rd degree, a B felony and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, a B felony;
• Guy Corriolant, 31, of New City on April 17 on charges of one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, cocaine, 3rd degree, a B felony and one count Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a B felony;
• Richard Mapp, 27, of New City on April 22 on charges of two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, cocaine, 3rd degree, a B felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a B felony
• Jashaad Gulifield, 30, of Central Nyack on May 24 on charges of one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Oxycodone, 3rd degree, a B felony and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a B felony

Police are not releasing further details of the arrests because of ongoing drug investigations.
