Police Recover 'High-End Vehicle' After Ramapo Home Invasion

MONTEBELLO, NY — Three men snuck into a house in Montebello Wednesday, located the keys to what Ramapo police described as "a high-end vehicle" and stole it from the driveway.

Police said Thursday that the vehicle has been recovered and they are still working to identify the perpetrators.

The incident happened at about 5 a.m., police said. The men entered the unlocked residence while the homeowner was asleep. After they found the keys, they got into the vehicle and sped away.

Police reminded all residents to lock doors to their residence and vehicles and report any suspicious activity.
