Police: Rockland Man Found Sleeping in Someone Else's Car
The man tried to hit police once he was roused, according to authorities.

A man who was catching shuteye in someone else's car last Sunday was arrested when he swung at police after being roused, White Plains authorities said.
A resident reported an unknown man was sleeping in his car, a 2012 Subaru Impreza, in a White Plains parking lot Sunday at about 2:58 a.m., according to police.
A White Plains police officer arrived shortly afterward, but it took several minutes to rouse the man, police said.

Once authorities had the man exit the vehicle, however, he continuously tried to re-enter, tussling with the cop.
He then began to flail his arms as if to strike the police, and was consequently handcuffed.

Police identified the man as Ahmad Skinner, 23, of Haverstraw. Skinner has been charged with disorderly conduct.
Police said Skinner had the keys to another car on him, but it could not be located.
