Queens Man Tried To Send Indecent Material To Hudson Valley Child: DA
"Tatt2Dom" sent sexually explicit texts, photos and videos to an undercover Rockland DA officer, whom he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.
ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — An undercover sting nabbed a Queens man whose concerning behavior potentially put Hudson Valley children at risk, according to prosecutors.
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh, II announced that 44-year-old Dominic Vitale, aka "Tatt2Dom," of Queens, was arraigned on Friday in the County Court of Rockland County.
The indictment charged Vitale with ten counts of first-degree attempted disseminating indecent materials to minors and one count of attempted endangering the welfare of a child.

From March 18, 2025, through May 14, 2025, Vitale exchanged sexually explicit text messages, photos, and videos with an undercover officer from the Rockland County District Attorney's Office, whom he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.
The case was investigated by the Rockland County District Attorney's Office Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, and is being prosecuted by Supervising Assistant District Attorney Gerard M. Damiani, III, of the Special Victims Unit.
