Rebuild Hi-Tor volunteer Cal Mendelsohn described the condition of the Pomona shelter.Â
“The Hi Tor Shelter is in a state of total disrepair,” he said. “It needs to be completely demolished and rebuilt into a state-of-the-art facility, capable of providing quality care to the great numbers of unwanted animals in search of new forever homes.”
