"Although never large in numbers, the Jews in Denmark nevertheless had a substantial and important influence on Danish culture and history. Learn about the miraculous Holocaust-era rescue of 7,000 Danish Jews, and how the speaker’s father and grandmother escaped to Sweden hiding beneath the deck of a fishing boat. The presentation ends with a discussion of the current situation of Jews in Denmark."
