Rockland Man Accused of Sex Abuse: New York State Police

HAVERSTRAW, NY — A West Haverstraw man was arrested Feb. 29 and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony, New York State police announced Thursday.
Elpidio Aguilar-Flores, 51, was arraigned in the Village of West Haverstraw Court and sent to Rockland County Jail in lieu of $150,000 cash bail or $400,000 secured bond.
New York State police were assisted in this investigation by the Town of Haverstraw Police Department.
