Second Sunday Kids’ Crafts at the HSRC History Center

On the second Sunday of each month through October, the HSRC’s Education Department will host a hands-on children’s craft following the theme of our 2025 exhibition, “Home Grown: A History of Farming in Rockland County.”
July 13 features a make-your-own chicken or pig from construction paper. We supply the paper and the googly eyes; you bring the artistic talent!

“Home Grown” runs through October 26, 2025, and is open to the public Wednesdays-Fridays and Sundays from 12 to 4 pm. Admission is $7 per adult; $3 per child ($FREE on Second Sunday Craft Days) and benefits the educational and preservation mission of the Historical Society of Rockland County.
