Clarkstown Police arrested Lawrence Mulqueen on Wednesday and charged him with making terroristic threats against government officials and illegal weapons possession.
A visibly shaken Fran Pillersdorf said Lawrence Mulqueen had been a tenant for one year in her Nanuet house and his actions had scared her. On Wednesday, she called police after Mulqueen engaged in harassing behavior toward her.
