2 Men Pass Counterfeit Bills At CVS: Police
It happened on Saturday afternoon at the Willis Avenue store in Roslyn Heights.
ROSLYN HEIGHTS, NY — Two men were arrested for passing counterfeit bills at a CVS store on Saturday afternoon in Roslyn Heights, police said.
Randy Jenkins, 29, and Dave Sterling, 29, both of Brooklyn, entered the CVS on Willis Avenue and used counterfeit cash to make multiple purchases within the store, police said.
Upon police arrival, an investigation was conducted and both men were placed under arrest without incident, authorities said.

Jenkins is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and petty larceny, police said.
Sterling is charged with one count of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and
petty larceny, police said.

They were expected to be arraigned on Sunday.
