40 IT Employees At Firm Hired By Northwell Health To Be Laid Off: NYS

NEW HYDE PARK, NY — An IT and cybersecurity company will lay 40 employees at Northwell Health's New Hyde Park offices in March 2023, a New York State Department of Labor filing shows.

Dyopath, LLC's filing states the reason for the layoffs was "economic." The company will begin the layoffs on March 31, 2023.

According to Dyopath's company description, it provides "Advanced Security, Cloud, Connectivity, Education, IT Outsourcing, Managed & Professional Services."

A representative for Northwell Health told Patch that the healthcare giant will not be laying off any Northwell employees.

A company representative for Dyopath, based in Texas, did not respond to a request for comment.
