Christmas Eve Blaze 'Heavily Damages' Elmont Home: Police
No injuries were reported, Nassau police say.
ELMONT, NY — A blaze broke out at an Elmont home, heavily damaging it on Christmas Eve, Nassau police said.
The fire broke out at the Waldorf Avenue home at around 4:25 p.m., and the Elmont Fire Department responded and extinguished the flames, according to police.
There were no injuries reported, police said.
