Fundraiser Setup For Road Rage Victim Who 'Never Harmed Anyone'

More than $6,300 has been donated to the family of the 29-year-old victim.

NORTH HILLS, NY — An online fundraiser has been created to help the family of a 29-year-old man who was killed in a road rage incident in North Hills.

Brian Noll, 64, intentionally swerved into the victim's motorcycle, pinning the victim against the guardrail, police said.

The victim, identified as Ibis Baez, of the Bronx, died at the scene, police said.

"Our loved ones received the worst news, that our friend/son/brother was murdered by a reckless truck driver who thought road rage was the final answer to my friend's life," the GoFundMe description said.

Noll was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, police said.

Baez was "a great human being with a peaceful soul, not one violent part in his body, and never harmed anyone," the GoFundMe said. "For his life to be cut short doing what he loved is unexplainable."

Through Monday morning, the GoFundMe page received more than $6,300 in donations.
