Man Charged With Murder For Road Rage Incident: Police
Brian Noll intentionally swerved his pickup truck into a motorcycle, pinning the victim against the guardrail, police said.

NORTH HILLS, NY — A Friday afternoon road rage incident in North Hills led to one man's death and another man charged with murder, police said.
Brian Noll, 64, of Scio, New York, was driving a 2022 Ford pickup truck on the Long Island Expressway South Service Road near New Hyde Park Road, police said.
An altercation ensued with a 29-year-old on a 2016 Kawasaki motorcycle heading in the same direction, authorities said.

Noll intentionally swerved into the Kawasaki, pinning the victim against the guardrail, police said.
As a result, the motorcyclist suffered severe trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A female, 66, was seated in the passenger seat on Noll's truck and was not injured.
Noll was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, police said. He was due to be arraigned on Saturday.
