NHP Student Newspaper Earns Recognition
Congratulations to all involved for earning this prestigious recognition.

The New Hyde Park Memorial High School newspaper The Chariot has earned silver medal recognition from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association.
The CSPA medalist critique encompasses all aspects of newspaper production, from writing to layout to headlines and depth of coverage. Under the leadership of editors-in-chief Emily Budhram and Eleni Kothesakis, the editorial staff and writers provide the NHP community with school, national and world news in six issues per school year. Congratulations to all involved for earning this prestigious recognition. English teacher Mary Kay Mannle is adviser for The Chariot.
