NEW HYDE PARK, NY — As part of the St. Patrick Day celebration, Ronald McDonald House Charities NY Metro is spreading hope for families in medical crisis.

Now through March 23, 25 cents of every Shamrock Shake sold at McDonald's restaurants will go toward programs and services at the Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park and across the New York area.

“This is the first time McDonald’s is bringing back the 25-cent RMHC donation since 2017,” said Cassandra Basile, Director of Marketing at RMHC NYM. “That donation will directly support families who are receiving comfort and care at Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Metro [on Long Island] and the surrounding houses in our region.”
