Cops: Southold Duo Hosted Underage Drinkers

Two individuals were arrested Tuesday night for reportedly violating Suffolk County's Social Host Law.

Southold Police arrested two Southold residents Tuesday night after they said they violated the Suffolk County Social Host Law.

According to police, an 18-year-old woman and 21-year old male were arrested around 9:30 p.m. after they received a report of "a large party occuring with underage drinking and possible illicit activity" on Pine Avenue.

A handful of officers responded and found "numerous" underage drinkers throughout the home. The two residents of the home were arrested for allowing minors to drink alcohol at their home, and released on an appearance ticket for a later court date.
