Mattituck Teen Charged With Rape
Southold Town Police receive report of sexual assault from victim's family.
A 16-year-old Mattituck boy was charged with third-degree rape on Sunday, after police received a report of a sexual assault against a 15-year-old girl. Police said the report came from the victim's family. The suspect, whose name was not released due to his age, was arraigned in Southold Town Justice Court.
