O'Mally's the Route 48 bar and restaurant in Southold best known for its wide selection of burgers, is up for sale.
Propietor Phil Mannino said that at age 75, it's time for him to move onto greener pastures – though until any sale is complete, business is as usual at the joint.
"It's time to take a couple days off, or a couple weeks off," joked Mannino.

The restaurant – listed for $1.6 million – is situated on 1.5 acres of property, holds 100 seats inside and has 55 parking spaces.
Mannino said that while there have been a couple of interested parties so far – the property has been up for sale for a couple of months, he said – no sale seems imminent at the moment. Marie Beninati of Beninati Associates is handling the listing.
