Question: How Would You Have Voted on the Coliseum?

Nassau County residents voted against paying for a new stadium for the Islanders hockey team. What would you have done?

Voters in Nassau county made it plain on Monday that spending any extra money on their downtrodden hockey team was not a priority.

that would've let Nassau County borrow to help build a new rink for the New York Islanders, saying that they cannot afford to spend what would ultimately cost $800 million in a down economy and a financially-strapped county. Those who supported the project said that the stadium would create jobs and would ultimately pay for itself.

If Suffolk had a stadium like the Coliseum, how would you vote and why? Feel free to comment in the boxes below.
