With water quality issues ever-present in our shallow aquifer, North Fork Patch wants to know your water-cleansing habits.
During a recent presentation at the , Town Trustee John Bredemeyer discussed the importance of testing and dredging in New Suffolk — a shallow body of water that was closed temporarily this past winter to shellfishing due to high bacteria counts (stay tuned for the full story on his presentation).
