Arrest Log: Man Choked Woman, Hit Her With Belt; DWAI Arrest

Friday, Nov. 16

At 10:36 a.m., Robert Pellegrino, 33, of Northport was arrested on Fort Salonga Road W. and charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

At 1:45 a.m., Brianna Lobue, 21, of Northport, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation on Fort Salogna Road.

At 1:08 a.m., Thomas Henneborn, 38, of Northport, was pulled over after making a right turn from Main Street to Earl Avenue without signaling, police say. The officer, upon interviewing the driver, observed indicators of drug use throughout the vehicle, police say. Henneborn allegedly consented to a search of the vehicle, which yielded two folded pieces of paper containing a brown powder substance, which field tested positive for heroin. An "E-Justice" DMV records check revealed Henneborn’s license was suspended seven times, police say. He was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and vehicle and traffic law violations. Authorities say they later located two Suboxone sublingual films while inventorying Henneborn’s property.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

At 12:23 p.m., Michael DePascale, 23, of Northport, was arrested following a violent domestic dispute on Fort Salonga Road. Police say he hit a woman with a belt, causing her to get a black eye. He also grabbed her by the throat and covered her mouth, causing her to have difficulty breathing, police say. The man was arrested and charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

Thursday, Nov. 29

At 10:19 p.m., Kelly Laricchiuta, 22, of Farmingville, was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol after police say she was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Woodbine Avenue.
