Here are some of the arrests and complaints according to the most recent Northport Police report. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charge below.
Arrests
A Huntington woman was charged with driving while intoxicated in Northport on Feb. 18, according to the most recent Northport Police report.

Police say Joanne Slater was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Fort Salonga Road. She is also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and an unsafe lane change.
Complaints

Police received a report on Feb. 18 of a larceny that occurred on Fort Salonga Road on Feb. 8.
Police received a report on Feb. 20 of the loss of a New York State license plate on Sea Cove Road.
Police received a report of a dog out in the cold for an extended period of time on Dick Court on Feb. 21. The dog was inside when police arrived. Police spoke with the owner and made him aware of the complaint.
