Developers Get OK For Northport Hotel
How do you feel about a hotel coming to Northport Village?

The Northport Planning Board approved the final site plan for a hotel that has been subject of contentious debate with concerns over parking and traffic.
The board approved the plan for a 24-room hotel, 124-seat restaurant and 51-seat bar—all to be developed at 224 Main Street. The project is being developed by John W. Engeman Theater owners Kevin O'Neill and Richard Dolce.
The developers also won approval for $1.3 million in tax breaks from the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency.
