East Northport FD To Hold 9/11 Memorial Candlelight Vigil
The vigil will honor those whose lives were lost on that tragic day 17 years ago.
The East Northport Fire Department will host an evening candlelight vigil on Tuesday, Sept. 11 in honor of the tragic day that occurred 17 years ago.
The vigil will be held at 8 p.m. at fire headquarters located at 1 9th Ave.
Members of the community and neighboring fire departments are invited to "Never Forget" that day in honor of 2,997 people who lost their lives, including 343 firefighters and 71 law enforcement officers.
