Third Annual Bike Run For Autism, hosted the Land and Sea Sports Club, is Oct. 21. It kicks off at Suffolk County Police Headquarters in Yaphank.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by the bike run at 11:30 a.m.
Festivities at Martha Clara Vineyards in Riverhead go from 12:30-4:30 p.m.
