Firefighters Extinguish Garage, Car Fire In East Northport
The blaze broke out on Tuesday night.
Firefighters battled a fire that engulfed a car and a garage in East Northport on Tuesday night.
Fire officials responded to a 6th Street and Pulaski Road home before 10:30 p.m. for reports of a fire. East Northport firefighters responded to the scene and worked to extinguish the blaze that broke out in the engine compartment of a four-door sedan and spread to a residential garage the vehicle was parked in front of.
No injuries were reported.

Three engines, a mini pumper, an ambulance and a paramedic responded to the scene.
The scene was turned over to the Suffolk County Police Department for investigation.
